These are not all we sell but highlight the various lines we have available. We back these products up with sound technical advice more often than not based on clinical experiences. The people who answer the phones and represent our company in person have the appropriate tertiary qualifications to allow you to feel safe in the knowledge we impart. It’s all about getting results … fast!
Also, we do not demand stock codes, account numbers or other data-borne requirements to order, you speak to a person who knows the products and codes (we realise this is our internal information requirements, not yours). We do ask however that you be as clear and concise as possible when ordering, as there are different BRANDS and SIZES for many similar products!
Finally we do our very best to expedite orders as quickly as we humanly can, we understand your needs and the needs of a possibly seriously ill client. Where possible we personally deliver (esp. cold products) although this is not always achievable. We have just purchased three car fridges to ensure that products that need to be kept cold are ALWAYS cold, from supplier to your door. For all other products, our warehouse is also air-conditioned and will never get hotter than 25C (which is the maximum temperature used to validate expiry date on most products).
